We love qual and we love the way we do it!

One thing that makes us different is that we always bring two researchers to guide the process whether online or in-person; both are focused on the objectives and delighting the team. This practice enables speed and accuracy in reporting.

We like to tackle questions in multiple ways and often propose mixed methodology.

Quantitative Research

We believe quant can be fun, engaging, and informative.

We like to approach the process with engagement in mind: how can we get the best and most honest feedback from consumers?

We qualitatively test our surveys before launching to confirm questions are being asked in consumer language and all answers are represented.

We look for little delighters and ways to engage consumers; like gamification exercises and developing transition language that reflects having a conversation.

Deliverables are tailored to meet the client’s needs and can be delivered in tables, SPSS files, Excel with customized scenario planning calculators, Power BI or told as a story in PPT.

We often deliver our findings in what we call a Book of Knowledge. This is a source document that delivers a compilation and synthesis of multiple data sources into one comprehensive report.

We start with existing, relevant data from all sources, including primary qualitative, quantitative, and syndicated research. We augment this with transactional data, social media, and other secondary sources for key learnings and to identify knowledge gaps for future learning.
